1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job. We use both, and refer to them together as cookies here.
2. What we use them for
Essential cookies make the site work — remembering your cookie choice, for example. Analytics cookies tell us which pages people read and where they leave, which is how we decide what to improve. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Nothing analytical loads before you choose.

4. Third-party requests
Some page elements are loaded from other companies’ servers, which means your IP address reaches them. Currently that is limited to images served from a stock photography provider. Our fonts are served from our own servers, not from a third party.
5. Managing your choice
You can change your decision at any time — open your cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this site working.
