Regulatory status
Veltonmarkets Global LTD. is registered in Saint Lucia. It is not licensed or regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia (FSRA).
An independent legal opinion from Sterling Legal Ltd. (Opinion No. 21705/26, 2 September 2026) concludes that under current Saint Lucia law a licence from the FSRA is not required for the services we provide. The opinion is available to download below.
